Dhulivandan, or धूल की वंदना, is the name given to the festival of Holi, which is celebrated the morning after Holika Dahan. On Dhulivandan, people throw colored powder (Gulal) at each other while getting soaked in water. This is a popular event that occurs the second day of Holi, which is also known as Falgुन Vidy प्रतिpदे.
